In 2024/25, 25 of our 30 apprentices completed their course and passed their end-point assessment. Since 2023, 60 apprentices have completed a course and taken their end-point assessment with us. ## Ofsted’s next steps for us

- Strengthen training for tutors so they develop their teaching skills further.
- Increase the proportion of apprentices who achieve distinctions.
- Increase the proportion of dental nurse apprentices who achieve in the planned time.
- Make sure tutors correct errors in apprentices’ written work, so apprentices develop their English skills.
