Excellence-Solutions Limited is an independent learning provider. We started in 2013 and bring together three specialist training brands: Elvante, Lanvey and CPBA. We provide practical training that helps learners develop skills and employers strengthen their teams.
We want learning to open lasting opportunities for people and support stronger workplaces.

How we train
We train apprentices online for employers across England. Four things make our training different:
- One-to-one, never classroom-based. Every learner has a dedicated tutor and mentor, and every session is tailored to their individual needs.
- Scheduled around your business. Sessions are not fixed to the same slot every week. We arrange them around each learner’s availability, because business priorities come first.
- Learning that is used at work. We help learners apply what they learn in their job, not just gain knowledge. That is why our assessments focus on practical application in the workplace.
- AI-supported assessment. We use AI extensively in our assessments to reduce the assessment workload for learners.
What Ofsted found, April 2026
- Apprentices benefit from personalised one-to-one training at flexible times, which helps them keep a good work-life balance.
- Between training sessions, apprentices complete well-structured workplace assignments that reinforce what they learn.
- Leaders design courses with employers, so apprentices carry out regular structured tasks at work, and use feedback from apprentices and employers to keep courses in line with industry expectations.
- Staff identify each apprentice’s needs early, use an individual risk assessment throughout the course and make adjustments, including for examinations.
- Careers guidance from tutors and employers has helped many apprentices secure promotions or new roles, and most typically secure permanent employment with their current employer.
