Apprenticeships let you train new recruits or develop the people you already employ, while they work. We help you choose the right apprenticeship, check your funding and support your apprentice from start to finish.
Government-funded training
Government funding can cover most of the cost of apprenticeship training in England, up to a maximum for each course. Funding applies only when the employer, the apprentice and the training meet the government’s eligibility requirements. Where they do:
- For eligible apprentices aged 16 to 24, the government can pay 100% of the cost of training and assessment.
- For other eligible apprentices, employers that do not pay the apprenticeship levy contribute 5% and the government pays 95%.
- Employers that pay the levy use the funds in their apprenticeship service account.
Funding rules can change. We check eligibility with you and your apprentice before you commit, so you know what you will pay.
Read the government’s guidance: Get funding for apprenticeship training (GOV.UK).

Recruit new talent or develop your team
Apprenticeships work for new recruits and for people you already employ. Both of our apprenticeship brands support both.
