Apprenticeship courses

Excellence-Solutions Limited is an apprenticeship training provider listed on the Department for Education’s Find apprenticeship training service (UKPRN 10043389). We deliver apprenticeships from level 2 to level 5 for employers across England, through our training brands Elvante, Lanvey and CPBA.

All training is online and one-to-one, with a dedicated tutor and mentor for every learner. Sessions are arranged around each learner’s work, and apprentices apply what they learn through planned workplace tasks.

Elvante: AI, digital and marketing

• AI and automation for sales professionals (level 4)
• AI and automation for team leaders and managers (level 4)
• AI and automation for business administration (level 4)
• Multi-channel marketer (level 3)
• Content creator (level 3)

The three AI and automation programmes use the level 4 AI and automation practitioner apprenticeship, applied to sales, management or administration roles. Ofsted found that our level 4 AI and automation apprentices “demonstrate strong technical development in responsible AI use, data protection and prompt engineering”.

Lanvey: health, early years and care

Dental

• Dental nurse (integrated) (level 3)
• Oral health practitioner (level 4)

Early years and children’s services

• Early years practitioner (level 2)
• Early years educator (level 3)
• Early years lead practitioner (level 5)
• Children, young people and families practitioner (level 4)
• Children, young people and families manager (level 5)

Adult care

• Lead adult care worker (level 3)
• Lead practitioner in adult care (level 4)
• Leader in adult care (level 5)

Lanvey works with dental practices, nurseries, schools, children’s services and care providers. Ofsted found that our level 3 dental nursing apprentices “develop a wide range of clinical and professional competencies, including charting, mixing materials and supporting oral surgery”.

CPBA: hair and beauty

• Hairdressing professional (level 2)

CPBA also runs hands-on beauty, nails, hair and massage courses, from one-day courses to level 3 diplomas.

How training works

1. We agree the right apprenticeship for the role with you.
2. Your apprentice has one-to-one online sessions with their dedicated tutor, arranged around their work.
3. Between sessions, they complete planned workplace assignments.
4. We review progress with the apprentice and their employer.
5. The apprentice takes their end-point assessment.
